Goalball is a Paralympic sport for blind and visually impaired people. The West Wales team is doing extremely well. We played our first tournament in Oxford in September and won the gold medal!<\/p>\n<p>We train on one Saturday a month and each session offers 5 hours of volunteering &#8211; volunteers help set up the court and build the goals, then help as a &#8216;goal judge&#8217; during the training session (we would tell them what to do), and then help take down the goals and the court at the end of the session.
