Connecting Communities project requires:

Hwyluswyr Grŵp
Carmarthen (Monday afternoons)
Whitland (Thursday Mornings)
Llandovery (Thursday Mornings)

Each role will be 4.5 hours a week and you can
apply for one or multiple roles.
£2975 per annum
Experience of working with families is essential.
As a group facilitator you will support the
facilitation of a range of services and activities in
the groups for families with children aged 11 and
under.
